Troubleshooting the T4000 SIBs

Description:
The following alarms and LEDs indicate a problem with a SIB:
A red alarm indicates that the SIB failed or has been removed or that a spare SIB has
failed or has been removed.
The red
FAIL
LED on the SIB faceplate is lit.
The green
LED on the SIB faceplate is not lit.
OK
In
Table 90 on page 368
the text in the column labeled "LCD Message" appears in the
display of the craft interface. The text in the column labeled "CLI Message" appears in
the output from the
show chassis alarms
