The following table lists critical dynamic data that transfer to the inactive
unit. The active unit sends the critical dynamic data to the mate. The active
unit first sends the data in bulk form. The active unit begins to send the data
continuously as the data in the active unit change.

Condition for change
The system establishes or
disconnects call
Terminal (line or trunk) is put in
service or set to OOS.
A request for a P- or C-side port
change in state (open or close)
occurs.
The system enables or disables
maintenance or data synchronization
that reports over PCM30 links.
The P-side node (AN) is BSY or RTS.
The system enables, disables,
switches or unswitches protection
switching.
The system establishes or takes down
P-side to P-side nailed-up connection
for special services.
