Explanation and action
P-side data. The P-side data contains subfield
AREASELCT.
Area select. Enter D30 for trunks and remote
nodes, including the RCC, RCO2, and RLCM.
Enter DS30A if the P-side interface is to a local
LCM.
Carrier index. Enter DEFAULT for the default
template name in in table CARRMTC. Or, enter
a correct template name from table CARRMTC.
Action to remove carrier from service if
out-of-service (OOS) limits are exceeded.
Enter Y to remove carrier from service or enter
N.
