1. Turning it in the direction of the arrow, remove the
Lower Separator Fingers Unit.

2. Remove the Lower Fusing Roller
NOTE
• Different types of pressure springs are used at the
front and rear ends of the Fusing Unit. They are
identified by the color on their ends as detailed
below. Make sure that the correct one is placed at
the correct position.
Yellow spring end: Front

Blue spring end: Rear
Using a soft cloth dampened with alcohol or silicone
oil, wipe clean the Lower Fusing Roller.
