About this task
Intrepret the message that is sent to console when it fails.
Procedure
1. View console information and note details for the RMA.
2. Note the LED status for information:

Reloading agent code

About this task
Reload the agent code on the ERS 5600 series device to eliminate corrupted or damaged code
that causes a partial boot of the device.
Caution:
Ensure you adequately backup the switch configuration prior to reloading software.
Know the current version of your software before reloading it. Loading incorrect software
versions can cause further complications.
Procedure
1. Use the show sys-info command to view the software version.
