11.2 Trolley
P12 Smoothing of torque setpoint, trolley
In addition to the output velocity, the output acceleration is fed back to the PLC for the torque
precontrol of a velocity control loop. The smoothing of the torque setpoint can be set with this
time constant. If the value is less than 1, the delay element is deactivated.
Default: 20 [ms]

P16 Velocity in variable blocked region, trolley (MAN)
Limitation by master switch of set velocity in a variable blocked region in MAN mode. The
percentage value refers to the maximum velocity P0.
Default: 10 [%]

P23 Minimum position for positioning, trolley
Smaller target positions are not accepted and error E31 is triggered. If the trolley position is
outside the set limits in positioning mode, error E35 is triggered.

P24 Position for prelimit switch velocity, trolley, backward
Position at which the trolley must have attained the prelimit switch velocity (P2). The position
at which the trolley is decelerated depends on the velocity (dynamic prelimit switches). The
parameter is only operative if P115 = 1.

P25 Waiting position, trolley
This parameter is used to define the waiting position for the trolley.
Default: 10000 [mm]
