Figure 6-42
Before placement, it could be necessary to make minor position corrections at the trolley.
Parameter P73 (positioning range below minimum hoisting height LS and WS) serves to avoid
unnecessary lifting above P66 or P67 in this case. If the target position of the trolley changes
by a value ≤ P73, the trolley is then moved without first lifting the hoist above P66 or P67. If the
target position changes by a value > P73, the hoist is first lifted above P66 or P67 before the
new target position of the trolley is approached and is then lowered again.
Note
P73 is always compared with the difference between target and actual position. If the target
position of the trolley is changed in the same direction once again during or after a correction
travel, trolley movement is continued without lifting the hoist. The value between target and
actual position must continue to be ≤ P73. Total corrections > P73 are therefore possible, but
only gradually.
Parameter P70 (safe height on land) defines a position below which lifting is possible but not
lowering. Travel in SAM above this position is terminated at this position. Travel in SAM below
this position only permits lifting of the hoist, but no travel with the trolley. P70 basically works the
same way on the landside as the immersion point on the waterside, the only difference being
that a fixed parameter is assigned to P70.
If P66 and P70 are used, P70 should be lower than P66, as P66 will not otherwise be operative.
