ENSURE THAT THE
STEP8 A: The electrometer, meter and
the leads must be positioned away from
the HVPS in order to obtain the correct
voltage measurement.
The
meter and
electrometer must also be separated as
shown In Figure 3. Position the
electrometer, meter, and the leads in
this way for the remainder of the
procedure. Do not connect the meter
and the electrometer at this time. The
purpose of this illustration is to show the
correct position. Attach the components
as
needed in subsequent steps.
