REASON
--
Contamination, loose or broken wires, or
damaged end blocks cause
C.Q.
defects.
Contamination reduces the effectiveness of
the lamp to discharge the photoreceptor
drum.
Contamination (toner or other) can cause
copy quality problems. Contaminants can
travel to optics and corotrons which results
in
C.Q.
problems. Fused toner on the bottom
of module can cause jams.
-
Bent stripper fingers may cause feed out
lams and fuser roll damage.
A
contaminated wick will not apply fuser oil
reliably.
Smooth or worn fuser roll loses ability to
drive the media.
Contaminated fabric guide causes too much
resistance to media which results in jams!
deletionslwrinkles.
Too little oil can cause media handling and
offsetting copy quality problems.
