Replace the
LVPSl
DRIVER
PWB (AZ),
Go t o FLAG 2 and check the
wiring for an open circuit in the
wires. If there i s no open circuit,
replace the Drum/ Developer
Motor Relay (K3).
Enter the code
(10041
in
order t o
energize the Fuser Heat Rod and
increase
the
Fuser
Heat
Roll
temperature t o the run temperature.
The message,
"1004
FUSER TEMP
TEST TEMP
XXX CELSIUS, XXX
FAHRENHEIT", is displayed when the
Heat Roll is at the run temperature.
The Druml Developer Motor Relay
(K3)
Is switched on, when the Fuser
Roll reaches the run temperature.
The voltage at
A2 P212
pin 8
of
the
LVPSI DRIVER PWB goes LOW
when
the Fuser
Roll
reaches the run
temperature.

Replace the
LVPW DRIVER PWB.
Replace the Druml Developer Motor
Relay
(K3).
Press Power Off
(0).
Disconnect the
Drum/ Developer Drive Motor connector
(M21 PI 11).
Set the Multimeter
(600T1616)
to ohms,
DC,
+
,200
ohms.
The motor resistance is approximately
16.0
ohms as measured between
(M21
J l )
pins
1
and
2.
I
Replace the Druml Developer Drive
Motor.
Check the drive system for binding by
manually rotating the motor shaft.
Rotate the shaft by turning the motor
cooling fan which
is
attached t o
the
motor shaft. If the system
is
binding,
check the Drum/ Developer Drive Gears
and the Cleaner Blade Drive Gear for
damage.
Check the following items for damage:
0
Druml Developer Drive Gears
Cleaner Blade Drive Gear
0
Mixing Auger Drive Gears
0
Mag Roll Drive Gear
