Probable Cause
The operator interrupted a
calibration to perform another
action, for example to load a
STAT test.
The wash cartridge has exceeded
its operating life or is depleted.
An expired wash cartridge was
installed or the cartridge was
installed after being removed for
more than 6 hours.
The waste bottle is full and can
no longer accept waste.
The waste bottle is
approximately 70% full.
Corrective Action
No action necessary.
Replace the cartridge. Refer to
Replacing the Wash Cartridge‚
page 2-2.
The system is unable to use the
cartridge.
Replace the cartridge. Refer to
Replacing the Wash Cartridge‚
page 2-2.
Replace the waste bottle. Refer to
