D36 Cartridge Loading Error
Problem
The cartridge
loader fails to move
to the correct
position during
reagent or wash
cartridge removal
or installation.
Corrective Action
1.
Select
Status > Shutdown.
2.
Wait 10 seconds, and then turn the system on.
3.
If the problem persists, call for technical assistance.
Corrective Action
1.
Ensure that the fans are working and nothing is blocking the
flow of air.
2.
Inspect the air filters and replace them if required.
3.
Select
Status > Shutdown
4.
Wait 10 seconds, and then turn the system on.
5.
Select
Diagnostics > Voltage and Temperatures
6.
If the problem persists, call for technical assistance.
Corrective Action

Select
Diagnostics > Pumps and Valves > Sample Pump

and nothing is blocking the cartridge from loading.
Use the Eject Reagent Cartridge or Eject Wash
