4. If the paper jam has not been cleared, as a last resort
check for the jam under the green fixing assembly
cover (Figure 9).
Be careful; it may be hot.

Close the upper half of the printer after the paper jam is
cleared. The page that was being printed when the jam
occurred will be reprinted.
