Precautions specific to the blade

This document describes how to remove and replace a core routing blade.
Observe the following precautions when replacing these blades:
v The CR32-8 core routing blade is compatible only with the SAN512B-6 .
v Wear an appropriately grounded ESD wrist strap when handling and installing
v Install core routing blades only in slots 7-8. These blades cannot be installed in

SAN768B-2 models
blades and cards. Follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions. Wear a wrist
grounding strap connected to chassis ground (if the chassis is plugged in) or a
bench ground.
