Show/set SpeedTouch™ DHCP server policy.
SYNTAX:

Probe the network for conflicting IP addresses before giving a
suggested IP address to the requesting DHCP client (on) or not (off).
Take the IP address suggested by a DHCP client into account (on) or
not (off).
Show current DHCP server state and statistics.
Show/set current DHCP server configuration.
