9. Price Basis 10=Percentage Markup/
Markdown with Quantity Breaks
Use this method if you wish to mark up or mark
down from List/Base using a percentage (same as
price basis 0) but also give quantity breaks For
example, if a customer who is normally price level
1 buys in quantities of 1-24 of this item, they get
price level 1. But if they buy 25-74 of the item,
the price is dropped down one price level and the
selling price is figured on the next price level
(price level 2 in this example). If they buy 75-99,
the price drops down 2 price levels to price level 3,
and so on. The percentages for markup or
markdown are kept in Price Adjustments 1-5
(same as price basis 0) and the quantities breaks
are kept in Price Adjustments 6-9.

breaks as described above for price basis 10.
