13 The computer displays the next field you selected in Step 10. Make changes as
indicated in Step 12. Repeat until all fields have been displayed.
14 Depending on if you are selecting accounts manually or automatically, you are
either returned to Step 11 to select another account or the computer automatically
displays the next account in numerical order. Make desired changes, repeating
Steps 11-13.
15 When you do not wish to change any more accounts, press Esc until you return to
the previous menu.
16 Print a Trial Balance to make sure the G/L is in balance. If you entered MTD net
changes, be sure to print a Trial Balance for each accounting period entered.
