If you wish to find out what the other fields do, you can use the on-line help system.
Position the cursor on the desired field and press the F1 key (function key 1). A box will
be displayed, explaining the field. Use the up and down arrows to scroll through the help
box. When done, press Esc to return to the same field.
Y = Save charge sales only to the Sales History File
(SH0.D). The Daily Sales by Item report comes
from the Sales History File.
N = Do not save any transactions to the history file.
C = Save cash and charge sales to the history file.
Y = Save information about what customer classes buy
by inventory group. It will be printed on the Group
Totals-Class report found under Sales Analysis. It
comes from the TOTG0.D file.
N = Do not save class by group information.
Y = Save information about what assigned sales reps
sell by inventory group. It will be printed on the
Group Totals-Assigned Sales Rep report found
under Sales Analysis. It comes from the TOTG0.D
file.
N = Do not save assigned sales rep by group
information.
Y = Save information about what written by sales reps
sell by inventory group. It will be printed on the
Group Totals-Written By report found under Sales
Analysis. It comes from the TOTG0.D file.
N = Do not save written by sales rep by group
information.
