up to 20 characters. This ship to address can be
the job site.
2. If no ship to address is desired, skip this entry by
pressing Enter through each ship to field.
Enter the ship to street address, up to 20 characters,
if desired.
Enter the ship to city/state/zip code, up to 20
characters, if desired.
Enter up to 15 characters for the Builder's Club
account number, if participating.
