5. DIAGNOSTIC METHOD
• Abnormality Judgement
Judge as NG when the following conditions are established.
Judgement Value
Malfunction Criteria
Opening variation after continuity is set
to OFF
Time Needed for Diagnosis: 24 ms
Malfunction Indicator Light Illumination: Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
• Normality Judgement
Judge as OK and clear the NG if the following conditions are established.
Judgement Value
Malfunction Criteria
Opening variation after continuity is set
to OFF
Time Needed for Diagnosis: 3400 ms
