Verify that the quorum disk is fast and reliable, too. Quorum-disk transitions should be
very rare, and latency should be typically low. If the transition count is high, the last
transition is recent, or the latency is high, you may want to choose a faster/more-reliable
quorum disk before you perform the upgrade. Select another disk by changing it on both
peers, one after the other.
