You can optionally use another external interface as the destination instead of the
"MIRROR" interface. For an ARX®6000 with multiple NSM's, you must choose a
destination on the same NSM as the source interface. From cfg mode, use the
command:

monitor module source-interface slot/port {rx | tx | both}
destination-interface slot/port
where
source-interface slot/port is the source port (for example, "source-interface
3/3" on an ARX®6000 or "source-interface 1/3" on an ARX®1000). Use the
show interface summary
{rx | tx | both} chooses the direction of monitored packets. Choose rx for
received (ingress) packets, tx for transmit (egress) packets, or both.
destination-interface slot/port is the destination port where the network
analyzer is connected (for example, "destination-interface 1/6").
You can monitor one source port at a time with
(above) to monitor multiple source ports. As with
you not to overwhelm the destination port; enter yes to continue.

duplicating the packets for a network analyzer on port 3/6:
