Recoil Starter Inspection

Ratchet Set
Inspect the ratchet set for wear or damage. If any
defects are found, replace the ratchet set with a new
one.
Reel
Inspect the reel for wear or damage. If any defects are
found, replace the reel with a new one.
Rope
