For most wireless adapters, the channel for wireless clients is auto
matically set to the same as that used by the access point to which it
is linked.
Example
HP420(if-wireless g)#channel 1
HP420(if-wireless g)#
ssid
This command configures the Service Set IDentifier (SSID).
Syntax
ssid <string>
string - The name of a basic service set supported by the access point.
(Range: 1 - 32 characters)

Command Usage
Clients that want to connect to the network via the access point must set
their SSIDs to the same as that of the access point.
Example
HP420(if-wireless g)#ssid RD-AP#3
