2.3.5 Protocol-Based VLAN Configuration Example

I. Network requirements
As shown in
GigabitEthernet1/0/10 on the S5100-SI/EI switch.
IP network and AppleTalk network workstations (hosts) coexist in the Workroom.
The S5100-SI/EI switch connects to VLAN 100 (using IP network) through
GigabitEthernet1/0/11 and to VLAN 200 (using AppleTalk network) through
GigabitEthernet1/0/12.
Configure the switch to automatically assign the IP and AppleTalk packets to
proper VLANs for transmission, so as to ensure the normal communication
between the workstations and servers.
