Installing a Tape Drive

To install a tape drive into Intel
must meet the following requirements:
You must purchase either the SATA or SCSI tape drive kit, order number
ASR2500SATAPE or ADRTAPEKIT.
You must purchase a 3.5-inch tape drive.
Your server system must have a free SATA port on the server board or you must
have an add-in card that supports a tape drive.
After purchasing the tape drive kit and the tape drive, use the following instructions to
install the tape drive. In addition to these instructions, refer to the instructions that came
with your tape drive for additional requirements.
