Syntax
poe type TYPE
Parameters
TYPE: port type string with maximum 20 characters

Description
Set the port type string.
Examples
Set the type string to "IPCam-1.
Switch(config-if)# poe type IPCam-1
Syntax
poe budget [POWER]
Parameters
POWER : 0.4 – 32
Command Mode
Interface mode
Description
Set the port budget.
The maximum budget is different between 802.3af, 802,3at and forced powering mode.
The maximum budget of 802.3af powering mode is 15.4.
The maximum budget of 802.3at powering mode is 32.
The maximum budget of force powering mode is 32.
Examples
Set the maximum value of power consumption to 12 W with manual mode.
Switch(config-if)# poe budget 12
Syntax
poe budget warning <0-100>
Parameters
<0-100> 0 is disable, valid range is 1 to 100 percentage

Description
Set the warning water level of port budget.
Examples
Set the warning water level to 60%
Switch(config-if)# poe budget warning 60
Syntax
poe priority critical/high/low
Parameters
Critical : Highest priority level
High : High priority level
Low : Low priority level
Command Mode

Description
Set the powering priority. The port with higher priority has the privilege to delivery power under
limited power situation.
Examples
Set the priority to critical
Switch(config-if)# poe priority critical
