5 Power Supply Replacement

Before You Begin

Required Tools and Materials
You must have the following to complete this
procedure:
• A #2 Phillips screwdriver
• A new 5V/12V power supply, P.N. 90949005
Note:
After removing the new power
supply from its packaging, keep
the packaging for returning the old
power supply to Spectra Logic.
Continuing Backups
If the library is configured with a single power supply, the library has lost power and
will not power back on until the power supply has been replaced.
If the library is configured with two power supplies, the library is still functional and
backup operations can continue while you replace the failing supply.
