9 Returning Components

Packaging a Component for Return to Spectra Logic

Note:
The following packaging instructions do not apply to the picker.
You must package the picker with the same materials and in the
same manner as the new picker was packaged. Failure to properly
package the picker may result in damage that could void your
warranty.
1. Place the component inside the anti-static bag.
Note:
The packaging you receive may look different than the packaging
pictured below.
2. Fold any loose parts of the bag around the component and tape them down.
