Replacing the Drive

1. Remove any cables attached to the drive.
2. Unlock the drive and pull outward on the handle.
If you have an LTO drive, move the lock to the right and hold it there, then use
the drive handle to pull out the drive out of the library chassis.

If you have an SAIT drive, hold the lock inward with one hand, then pull the
drive handle with the other hand.

3. Pull the drive all the way out of the library.
Caution:
Take care to use both hands to hold the weight of the drive.
4. Place the old drive to the side for return to Spectra Logic.
5. Place the new drive into the empty drive slot and push it gently in; the drive
clicks when it locks into place.
6. Return to the LC.
