7. Select OK in the Feedback Required window; a progress window appears with
bars showing progress.
The Drives screen refreshes to show the new drive functioning in the old drive's
location. The new drive retains the old drive's configuration, so it can be used
immediately.
8. Turn on power to the host machine, if applicable.
9. Use your backup software to restart any backup processes running to this drive;
this ensures that the software recognizes the drive as working and available.
10. You are now ready to package the drive and ship it to Spectra Logic for
inspection; proceed to Chapter 9. Returning Components.
