FC Router phantom switch WWNs specified in AD's switch memberlist will be
marked as non-Admin Domain aware members. All D,PI members in the
device list corresponding to an FC Router Phantom Domain will be marked as
non-Admin Domain aware members. All FC Router imported devices in the AD
device list will be marked as AD-aware members.
