back-pressure

The back-pressure Interface Configuration (Ethernet) mode command enables back pressure
on a given interface. To disable back pressure, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
back-pressure
no back-pressure
Default Configuration
Back pressure is enabled.
Command Mode
Interface Configuration (Ethernet) mode
User Guidelines
Back pressure cannot be configured on trunks.
Example
In the following example back pressure is enabled on port 1/e5.
Console(config)# interface ethernet 1/e5
Console(config-if)# back-pressure

clear counters

The clear counters User EXEC mode command clears statistics on an interface.
Syntax
clear counters [ethernet interface | port-channel port-channel-number]
interface — Valid Ethernet port. (Full syntax: unit/port)
port-channel-number — Valid port-channel number.
