• : Select which NMEA sentence to be used for the communication.
NMEA Sentence
– : The ES70 will read all relevant telegrams. If the specified information is

provided to the system on more than one telegram format, a built-in priority list
will be used.
– : This telegram is used to transfer latitude and longitude of vessel position,
GLL
time of position fix and status from a global positioning system (GPS).

– : This telegram contains time, position and fix related data from a global
GGA
positioning system (GPS).

The is the first two characters in the NMEA sentence. Select None to accept
Talker ID
all talker identifiers.
Note that you need to a keyboard to enter the
button at the bottom of the dialog to open an on-screen keyboard.
