Description
The audio transmission ("pinging") from the ES70 can be switched off or on.
Click the middle of the button to open the sub-menu, or either side to enable or
disable transmission. The ping symbol on the right side of the button is also
used to transmit single pings. See Ping Mode on page 119 more information.
Parameters
• : The ES70 "pings" (transmits audio energy into the water).
On
The ping mode if controlled by the

• : The ES70 does not "ping".
Off
When the audio transmission has been disabled using this function, the ES70 will stop
with the current echogram shown on the screen.
