Colour scale
Note that all colour scales require that the number of colours is set to 64.
The options are:
* Sonar Colours
* Echosounder Colours
* Grayscale
* BI500 Colours
The Echosounder Colours are based on the standard 12–colour scale, but additional
colours have been added between these to make smoother colour transitions.
