This selection permits you to store configurations for future use.
Now
This selection activates a configuration immediately. The configuration remains active until su-
perseded by a newly activated configuration.
Select the Activate a TDM Configuration routine from the Configuration routine using the cursor
position keys. A display such as the following appears:

The cursor is positioned at the first item in the TIME OF (RE)ACTIVATION row. Use the right
or left cursor position keys to move the cursor to the activation field for a particular configuration.
The up and down cursor position keys step through the range of possible activation states de-
scribed above. To enter a date or time, use the numeric keys. You need not enter slashes or colons;
the system fills them in for you. The times must be entered using the 24 hr. clock. You must in-
clude zeroes that precede digits in the time or date (as in 06:00).
When you have finished entering activation times and dates, depress the Return key. The follow-
ing prompt appears:
SAVE CHANGES? Y/N
If you enter Y, the status line reports:
CFG MEMORY WRITE IN PROGRESS
If you have designated a configuration for activation NOW, the system switches over to the new
configuration as soon as the new activation information is stored in memory. The CURRENTLY
ACTIVATED field reports the active configuration, as well as the status line.
If you enter N, the Configuration Menu returns to the screen immediately. The previous activa-
tion information is retained.
NOTE
If all three configurations are set for activation NEVER,
configuration #1 is activated after power-up.
NOTE
When the NOW activation is used, the selected configuration is
activated; however, the activation state (displayed on the screen)
reverts to the previous state.
