A configuration, once created and activated, becomes the data base for the MEGAMUX PLUS
system. The TDM uses the configuration entries to determine:
•
Number of active channels in the system
•
Baud rate of each channel
•
Type of channel (data, sync, CVSD, PCM, ADPCM, UVC/ADPCM, ASP or TID-III)
•
For data channels, the type of data
(synchronous, asynchronous, isochronous, etc.)
•
Channel parameters (Control signal arrangements, asynchronous character formats, voice
channel output levels, etc.)
