Tighten timing pulley nut to specified torque.
· Put pulley nut with chamfered face down.
· Use 32mm socket wrench
spanner wrench for this step.
Crankshaft holder
P/N. 3V1-72815-0
Timing Pulley Nut :
50 N · m (36 lb · ft) [5.0 kgf · m]

Install alternator and exiter coil.
16.
Align key slot of flywheel and crankshaft firmly, then install
flywheel.
17.
Tighten flywheel nut to specified torque.
Flywheel puller ass'y :
P/N. 3V1-72211-0
Flywheel Nut :
55 N · m (40 lb · ft) [5.5 kgf · m]
