5. Remove timing belt
then, from timing pulley side.
6. Remove timing pulley
Remove timing pulley and cam shaft pulley while
lifting them up horizontally.
1. Check timing belt for crack, damage and wear on both
faces. Replace if necessary.
2. Check timing pulley and cam shaft pulley for crack, damage
and wear. Replace if necessary.
1. Install cam shaft pulley, bring "●1" mark
pulley to "▲" mark
temporally tighten bolt
· No.1 piston is to be at top dead center of
compression stroke.
· When reusing cam shaft pulley bolt, apply
ThreeBond 1342 to thread.
