3. Install choke solenoid bracket ass'y
using screws. (Remote Control Model)
4. Attach new gasket and intake manifold ass'y to cylinder
block.
Use dowel pin
on the cylinder block.
5. Secure intake manifold ass'y by tightening bolts in the
specified order to specified torque.
Use central bolt
Intake manifold ass'y mounting bolts :
First Tightening Torque : 4 N · m (3 lb · ft) [0.4 kgf · m]
Second Tightening Torque : 9 N · m (7 lb · ft) [0.9 kgf · m]
6. Connect choke solenoid cord (blue) and cord (blue) to
coupler, and put them in air intake silencer holder.
