1. Check operation of throttle cable.
2. Check throttle cable inner wire and outer wire for bend and
damage. Replace if necessary.
1. Attach cables to throttle shaft
2. Install throttle shaft
of location of throttle friction
3. Install bushing on the steering bracket
4. Attach Tiller handle ass'y to steering bracket
nut to specified torque.
Arrange throttle cable as shown.

6 N · m (4 lb · ft) [0.6 kgf · m]

as shown.
with cable to Tiller handle. Be careful
