Voltage Selection

The 5830 Analyzer comes from the factory set to operate on 120 VAC. If you
must switch the setting to 240 VAC (or back to the 120 VAC setting), follow the
procedure below.
To change the voltage setting (Figure 2-6):
1. Ensure that the area is non-hazardous and the analyzer has been de-ener-

This analyzer has an internal AC Voltage Selection Switch that must be
set correctly to prevent damage. Only qualified service personnel may
access the interior of the analyzer. If qualified service personnel are not
available, contact AMETEK Service.
