● Adjustment Procedure A
1. Adjust the position of the Multi Tray (upper) by following the amount of displacement checked in step 4 of "Check
Procedure".
NOTE:
Paper misaligned to front direction: move the Multi Tray (upper) to the rear.
Paper misaligned to rear direction: move the Multi Tray (upper) to the front.
2. Tighten the screws of the Multi Tray (upper).
3. Execute the following service mode again, open the Multi Door Unit, make sure the edge of the paper is between
the two long lines of the guide.
If it is not between the two long lines of the guide, loosen the screw of the Multi Tray (upper) again, and perform steps 1 and
2.
COPIER > FUNCTION > CST > MD-MF-RG
4. Remove the stopped paper and close the Multi Door Unit.
5. After the adjustment, proceed to
■ Image Position Adjustment
● Check Procedure
1. Place the paper on the Multi-purpose Pickup Tray.
NOTE:
When this equipment was installed to the Multi-drawer Paper Deck, use following paper.
• Plain paper: 80 to 105.9 g/m
2. After setting the service modes as follows, press the Start key and output a test print.
COPIER > TEST > PG > TYPE = 5
COPIER > TEST > PG > COLOR-M = 1
COPIER > TEST > PG > COLOR-Y/C/Bk = 0
COPIER > TEST > PG > PG-PICK = 5
COPIER > TEST > PG > DENS-M = 128
