Safe start mode: The power supply stays off after AC power returns. The display shows OUT OFF.
Auto-restart mode: The power supply recovers to its last setting automatically when the AC power
returns.
2.10 Series Operation (Applicable to 10V–600V Only)
1. Section 2.10 is not applicable for power supplies above 600V and GSPS Systems.
2. It is prohibited to connect power supplies above 600V in series.
Power supplies of the same model (up to two units) can be connected in series to obtain increased
output voltage.
When power supplies are connected in series, and the load or one of the output terminals is
grounded, no point may be at a greater potential according to the following definition:
For 10–100VDC rated output: No point may be at a greater potential of +/- 200VDC from ground.
For 150–600VDC rated output: No point may be at a greater potential of +/- 600VDC from ground.

load terminals), no point may be at a greater potential according to the following definition:
For 10–100VDC rated output: No point may be at a greater potential of +/- 200VDC from ground.
For 150–600VDC rated output: No point may be at a greater potential of +/- 600VDC from ground.
i.e., 600VDC output power supplies can be connected in series, as long as the maximum voltage
on any output terminal (plus or minus) does not exceed +/- 600VDC to ground.
