:VOLT:SLEW:UP 1 sets a digital voltage reference up programming slew to
1V/mSec.
:VOLT:SLEW:UP? returns digital voltage up programming slope value.
:VOLT:SLEW:UP? MAX and :VOLT:SLEW:UP? MIN return the maximum
and minimum digital voltage reference up programming slope value.
