Function
The Power ON Status Clear (PSC) command controls automatic Power ON clear
of the Service Request Enable Register, the Standard Event Status Enable
Register, and Device Specific Event Enable registers.
ON (1) - Enables the Power ON clear of the listed registers (default).
OFF (0) - Disables clear of the listed registers. Registers retain their status
when a Power ON condition occurs.
