Note: This bit is ignored if in XSPI NAND mode.
5-1 Reserved.

XDEV 0= Serial NOR device (further selected by BRDCFG0.XSEL).
1= Serial NAND device (MT29F4G01ABBFD12 or equivalent).
The default is 0, unless booting from an XSPI NAND is selected.
