Activating / deactivating individual drive components

Function description
Configure the drive, which comprises a CU and additional components, in the device view
(DRIVE-CLiQ Editor). All drive components are activated by default.
When replacing parts, carrying out testing or service, it may be necessary to briefly deactivate
and then reactivate individual components. The following options are available in the device
view:
• Deactivate component:
Deactivates a selected component.
• Activate component:
Activates a deactivated component.
• Deactivate component and not available:
Deactivates individual components in a large drive line-up that are actually missing. This
facilitates the maximum expansion level of a drive project.
Deactivated components in the drive project can also be missing in the hardware without any
errors being generated because of it. Possible applications are, for example, testing parts of
a large plant or commissioning components when parts are replaced.
