Inspecting the hub shaft
- Check the three shafts and the intermediate gear
for wear or distortion of the toothed surfaces, the
bearing housings, and the oil seal housings.
- In case of faults, replace the damaged parts.

A: 22(-0.01 -0.02)mm
Wheel axle
B: 15(-0.010 -0.020)mm
C: 25(-0.007 -0.020)mm
Intermediate gear
D: 15(-0.01 -0.02)mm
E: 15(-0.01 -0.02)mm
Inspecting the hub cover
- Check that the fitting surface is not dented or distorted.
- Check the bearing bearings.
- In case of faults, replace the damaged components.
